Hello! Our names are Martin and Maggie Carney, we are a local, young married couple, with two children (a girl and a boy on the way) living in Southport, North Carolina. We first started in vacation rental property management in one of the most busy, competitive, and dynamic vacation rental markets in the United States: Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We spent multiple years running and managing a property just outside of Steamboat Springs Colorado in a small town called Oak Creek.

The property we managed had 9 R.V. spots, 10 hotel rooms, and 9 tiny homes. My wife and I built and managed the website, google business listing, setup and managed the booking channels, did the photography, ordered and managed supplies, managed cleaning services, and subscribed/implemented a reservation management system to organize it all.

We ran all front office duties, and provided the highest level of customer service to all of our patrons which could be seen in positive review after positive review. Within our first year of managing the property we had more than doubled revenue compared to the same months the year before. We are extremely organized, tech-savvy, knowledgeable, and have a breadth of experience running properties in extremely busy vacation hotspots.
